ACID PHOSPHATASE

Home / Our Products / Clinical Chemistry / Acid Phosphatase

Intended Use:

Test for estimation of Acid phosphatase activity in serum / plasma using α-Naphathylphosphate Kinetic method.

Introduction:

Increased activities of total and prostate specific acid phosphatase are associated with prostate gland disorders (cancer). Elevations in total enzyme activity are observed also in some liver diseases. It is a reagent set for quantitative determination of Acid phosphate activity based on kinetic method using naphthylphosphate.
